• Two R-T12200B 12.8V 200Ah LiFePO4 batteries — rated for at least 6,000 cycles under manufacturer test conditions: 25 ± 2°C, normal charging and 0.2C discharge at 80% depth of discharge, until capacity reaches 80% of its initial value. Actual cycle life varies. This cycle-test depth of discharge is separate from the usable-energy planning estimate.
• 3,000W pure sine wave inverter — appliance compatibility depends on total running power, startup surge and the inverter’s operating limits. Check each appliance’s requirements before use; refrigerators, freezers, pumps and power tools can have high startup loads.
• Integrated MPPT charge controller — maximizes solar charging efficiency while simplifying installation with an all-in-one design
• Generator connection ready — easily integrates with a backup generator for dependable power during extended periods of low sunlight
• Installation and protection — follow each component’s manual for protection functions, limits and required external protective devices. The inverter is rated IP20 for indoor use; the waterproof combiner box does not make the entire system weatherproof.

Nominal and Estimated Usable Battery Energy

The two batteries provide 5.12 kWh nominal battery energy. Estimated usable battery energy is 4.864 kWh, calculated at 95% of nominal under ROCKSOLAR’s catalog standard. This is a planning estimate, not a manufacturer-stated usable-energy rating. Actual available energy depends on load, temperature, battery age and system limits. AC energy is lower after inverter losses.

Battery temperature limits: The included R-T12200B batteries are non-heated, with no built-in heater. Charge only from 0°C to 45°C; discharge from -20°C to 60°C. Do not charge below 0°C. Follow the inverter manual for its separate operating limits.
