Return Policy
At ROCKSOLAR, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any technical or sales queries, do not hesitate to contact us. However, if you feel the product you purchased is not the best fit for your requirements, we want to make things right.
From the date of purchase, you have 30 days to request a return of your product. The product must be returned in the same condition that you receive it and must also be in the original packaging.
Refund Policy
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 working days.
Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange a product due to damage, defects, or receipt of the incorrect item, please contact us. We will arrange a return and send a replacement product promptly.
